Healthy, tasty, and affordable meal prep service in the heart of Roseville, Ca. **Please Note: As our location is a commissary kitchen, we do share space with with other renters. We ask that you DO NOT visit our location as we are not a freestanding store, and do not have meals for sale on site. Our hours listed below are our "in office" hours where we will be able to assist you via phone/email. Menu releases every Tuesday by 10:00AM and orders are taken by Friday 11:00AM.** Meal prep pickups are every Sunday 6:00-7:00PM at our kitchen & deliveries are every Monday starting at 9:30AM.
