Seamoss by MJ started in two separate kitchens, one in Massachusetts, and one in New York, by Mickay and Jheron. We sold seamoss separately in our respective areas, allowing mostly friends and families to try our product. In February 2022, those two kitchens merged, and we started selling seamoss together. In May 2022, we got our LLC, and that's how Seamoss by MJ was created. Our support has stretched all around the U.S., selling seamoss to hundreds of people, healing our community one jar at a time.
