We locally grow and sell living microgreens in the Grayson Georgia area. They are the shoots of salad vegetables such as arugula, Swiss chard, mustard, beetroot, etc., picked just after the first leaves have developed. Basically they are the tiny greens of vegetables. All microgreens are really good for you. They are between 4 and 40 times more nutritious as they would be when fully grown.
