Namken Nutrition is a small, local business with a vision to make health a top priority in Macon County. By offering nutritious, balanced, convenient and affordable meals, we hope to make meal time easier for those that struggle to meal plan and cook for themselves. In addition, we offer nutrition consulting by a registered and licensed dietitian to anyone who's looking for more specific guidance on a personal level. We have a Wednesday and a Sunday menu each available for pick-up at our business location or delivery to Red Zone and ML CrossFit. You can place your order Saturdays at 8am through Wednesdays at noon.
