We are a locally owned healthy cafe. Offering smoothies, juices and cleanses, salads, acai and pitaya parfaits, sandwiches and nutritious munchies. Our mission is threefold, (1) to provide our community with REAL food, made of the freshest ingredients, (2) to educate our community about the many benefits of living a whole food, plant-based lifestyle, (3) to support our local farmers and other small businesses in Eastern North Carolina. *We source local and organic when it's available*
