Kimchi is a traditional Korean condiment that is fermented. It is made with Napa cabbage among other vegetables and spices. Kimchi is known to promote good gut health among other health benefits. Although Kimchi is my main focus, as I am growing my business, I also may make a select variety of other Korean foods that can be purchased.
