We are a family-owned health store started in 1994, where we take the time to listen to your needs and teach Health and Wellness. Here you can find lots of information and a chance to ask questions. We carry a wide variety of supplements, including a grocery section catering to gluten and dairy free options. We have a soup and smoothie/juice bar, offering 2 hot soups M-F. All in-house items are gluten and dairy free using organic ingredients. Andy has his Masters in Holistic Nutrition, as well as QRA Certified, and Sharon is a Traditional Naturopath, as well as Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. This industry is ever changing and we are learning new things all the time. We would love to be a part of your healing journey.
