Rocky Mount Natural Foods and Lifestyle Health Center Take-out deli open 11am-4pm Mon, Wed & Thurs. It's plant-based and yummy! This not-for-profit store offers flours, grains, beans, seeds and nuts by the pound or in bulk. We also have dried fruit, snacks, bulk herbs and spices, sugar, salt, yeast and other baking needs. Try our delicious gluten-free breads. The fresh-made almond and peanut butters are so good! We carry Plant Therapy essential oils and a nice assortment of supplements. Some Worthington and Loma Linda products are available by the can/package or may be ordered by the case. We also offer health education classes - diabetes, weight management, cooking classes, etc. Come check us out!!
